Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Utah Jazz. This marks the second game in a row that Simons has missed due to a left knee issue. Brandon Williams put together a career game while starting in place of Simons during their last contest. He is certainly worth looking at as a streaming option for Wednesday. Possibly, Josh Hart has streaming value as well since he should get a boost without Simons available.
