Andrew Bynum will miss the Cavaliers' next two games while attending to a family matter. He won't play on Wednesday or Friday, which temporarily restores Anderson Varejao to the starting lineup. He'll return for Saturday's game and the good news is that this isn't related to the health of his knees, though the Cavs have already said they'll sit him one game during back-to-back sets in November.
