Andrew Bynum (knees) is "optimistic" about his progress and chances of playing this season and currently has no meetings with doctors scheduled. This isn't much of an update. Bynum has been optimistic about his playing status previously, and we still don't know exactly where Bynum is in his rehab or how long his timetable to return is. He's been doing treadmill work and "hopes to advance to running soon." The reality is Bynum still has a lot of work to do before he plays. "I will be back," Bynum said.
