Andrew Bynum (knees) expects to practice in "a week or two." This is the same guy who has been giving phony timetables throughout the season, so we're not inclined to take him at his word at this juncture. At this point, Bynum is out indefinitely until further notice and is still not playing 5-on-5. He's not expected to return until March, at the earliest.
