The fact that Bynum doesn't have an idea of how to solve his knee issues at this point in the season indicates that not only is he highly unlikely to play this season, but also that his knee issues are anything but a thing of the past. Bynum hasn't spoken to the media in almost two weeks, and he already admitted there is no surgical procedure that would guarantee his knees be pain-free.
