Anderson will start at small forward for Friday's game against the Mavericks, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

The Spurs are resting Pau Gasol and the majority of their starters, so Anderson should have an opportunity to put up some numbers Friday. Look for him to take on a healthy workload. He has averaged just 5.4 points, 5.5 boards, and 2.6 assists in 13 starts this season, but he should have more of a play making role due to all the rotational players resting.
