Anderson was assigned to the Austin Spurs of the D-League on Tuesday, Mike Monroe of the San Antonio Express-News reports. Injuries allowed Anderson to log consistent minutes during the month of December, but he's returned to a deep bench role of late, playing just eight total minutes over the Spurs' last seven games. In one D-League appearance this season, Anderson scored 18 points to go with 11 rebounds and six assists in 41 minutes.
