Allen (knee) will not play in Saturday's game against the Knicks or Sunday's game against the Wizards, Ronald Tillery of the Commerical Appeal reports.

EDGE Analysis

Allen missed the entire preseason due to his sore knee and had an outside chance of returning to action on Saturday. He indicated that he hoped to return on Wednesday against the Pelicans. Look for Andrew Harrison and Vince Carter to see some extra time as long as Allen remains out.
