Allen (knee) is considered questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Knicks, Ronald Tillery of The Commercial Appeal reports.

Allen missed the entire preseason with a sore knee, and is still looking to make his season debut. It was originally reported he would miss the first week of the season, so a return Saturday would be slightly ahead of schedule. Head coach David Fizdale stated that Allen "had a good practice" Friday, so he figures to be a game-time decision for Saturday's contest. Andrew Harrison will presumably continue filling in for Allen at shooting guard if he remains sidelined.
