Allen (hamstring) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game, Grizzlies announcer Pete Pranica reports. Allen will take the opportunity to rest up for the playoffs, meaning more minutes for Jeff Green, Courtney Lee and Vince Carter in the final game of the season.
