Alexey Shved said he is ready to accept his role on the Timberwolves as a point guard. Shved saw his numbers drop across the board in his sophomore season and Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders thinks a permanent move to point guard will help restore his confidence. "The thing that I like about him is defensively," Saunders said. "He is pretty long and lanky and stays in front of his guy and probably led us in rebounding in the scrimmage." Shved won't return much value in standard fantasy leagues, but he sounds like he's ready to accept his new role with open arms. "It doesn't matter - point guard, shooting guard," said Shved. "I just want to play."
