His fantasy ceiling is lower while the Thunder have all their key backcourt options available, but Joe at least appears to have solidified himself as the top guard off the bench behind starters Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey. Joe continues to put up three-pointers at a steady clip in his bench role and makes for a good streaming option for the category.
