VanVleet is questionable for Tuesday's contest against the Hornets due to right knee soreness, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.

Despite averaging 20.3 points and 8.3 assists over his last seven games, VanVleet is shooting just 32.6 percent from the field during that stretch. His shooting percentages get even worse when looking at his last three games -- 28.6 percent from the field and 26.2 percent from three. VanVleet still has a chance to suit up Tuesday, but the Raptors may want to rest their star point guard so he can get back on track.

VanVleet notched 19 points (6-19 FG, 4-15 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, eight assists, one block and five steals in 42 minutes during Sunday's 114-105 loss to Portland.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet didn't have his best shooting performance and needed 19 shots just to score 19 points, but he supplied that lack of efficiency with a strong effort in other categories. Aside from the fact that he ended just two assists away from putting up another double-double, his five steals were also a season-best mark in that category.

VanVleet had 21 points (6-17 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 5-5 FT), one rebound, 12 assists, two blocks and two steals in 39 minutes during Friday's 109-105 win over the Wizards.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet carried a heavy load on offense at the beginning of the season while Pascal Siakam was rehabbing from injury, but the floor general has been able to operate more as a playmaker of late now that Siakam is playing at a high level, and his distribution numbers certainly back that up. VanVleet has now dished out 12 assists in two straight games, and he's registered seven or more dimes in four of his last five contests. He's averaged 25.4 points, 7.4 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game since the beginning of January.

VanVleet recorded 22 points (7-17 FG, 6-16 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one steal across 41 minutes during Monday's 104-99 loss to Miami.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet reached the 20-point mark for a fifth time over his last six outings, as the guard finished second on the squad offensively during their defeat. So far across 37 outings with Toronto this season, VanVleet has registered five double-doubles and is leading the Raptors in scoring and assists at 21.9 points and 6.7 assists per matchup.

VanVleet closed Friday's 103-87 loss to the Pistons with 24 points (6-21 FG, 6-14 3Pt, 6-8 FT), five rebounds, 10 assists and two steals over 42 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet missed all seven of his shots from inside the arc, but he salvaged the performance by connecting on six threes. He also dished out a game-high 10 assists and notched his fifth double-double of the season. Over his last eight appearances, he's averaged 29.0 points, 6.9 assists, 4.4 rebounds and 1.9 steals in 37.8 minutes per game. VanVleet will look to continue his stellar play against the Bucks on Saturday.

VanVleet amassed 32 points (11-27 FG, 8-17 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals over 39 minutes during Sunday's 105-101 victory over the Pelicans.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet is flying under the radar amid an excellent season. Over his past six games he's averaging 31.2 points, 6.7 assists and 4.7 rebounds. He has an outside shot at a 50/40/90 season and has been one of the most valuable players in basketball. He's returning first-round value across fantasy formats.

VanVleet ended Tuesday's 129-104 win over the Spurs with 33 points (12-23 FG, 7-14 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 32 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

VanVleet was coming off a 35-point outing against the Knicks and surpassed that 30-point mark once again, something he's now done in each of his last three appearances. The combo guard has scored over 25 points in each of his last five games as well and continues to operate as Toronto's main scoring option. He's averaging 24.4 points per game while shooting 44.2 percent from the field and 43.2 percent from deep since the start of December.

VanVleet finished with 35 points (11-17 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, five assists and one steal over 30 minutes during Sunday's 120-105 win over the Knicks.

EDGE Analysis

This was just the Witchita State product's second game back after missing two straight contests due to COVID-19, but VanVleet has gone for over 30 points in each of his appearances since returning. The All-Star candidate has started to find his scoring groove as the season progresses which bodes well for VanVleet's fantasy value in both DFS and season-long formats. Even with Toronto getting healthier, have no fear placing the 27-year-old into your fantasy lineups each night the Raptors take the floor.

He was dominant over his 39 minutes of court time in the Raptors' 116-108 win over the Clippers, finishing with 31 points (10-27 FG, 4-13 3Pt, 7-8 FT), nine assists, four rebounds, two steals and one block. VanVleet will continue to weigh down fantasy managers' field-goal percentage, but he fills it up enough in just about every category to compensate for that deficiency.

VanVleet last played Dec. 18 and is finally set to return. He's been excellent this season, with the point guard averaging 20.1 points, 6.7 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 37.9 minutes.
