Initial reports suggested Bledsoe sustained a small fracture to his ribs, and while that's not completely untrue, the fact that it's fractured cartilage -- rather than bone -- means his return will be a matter of pain tolerance. As such, Velazquez suggests that it's possible Bledsoe could return before the 2-to-3-week timetable, meaning there's a chance he could be available for opening night on Oct. 24 in Houston.

Bledsoe has certainly not been at his best over the past few games but the coaching staff will be hoping for a vintage type performance once again as they attempt to force a series decider in Milwaukee on Monday.

Bledsoe put up another strong performance in Saturday's Game 3 victory whilst also being afforded some rest down the stretch. The series appears all but over and the Bucks are simply too strong all over the floor. Bledsoe certainly adds a veteran presence for the Bucks and will be invaluable as the playoffs develop.

The Pistons were able to keep this one close until half time but it was the Bucks who came out stronger to begin the second half, running away with the game. There is nothing to suggest the Bucks won't win the series in four games and if that is the case, it would certainly put them in a great position moving forward through the playoffs.

Bledsoe put together a well-rounded stat line in Sunday's win, contributing in a variety of ways just like he did all season. He's more of a scorer than a facilitator, but Bledsoe has averaged 7.0 assists over his last three games.
