Marble (eye), the 56th pick in the 2014 NBA draft, was limited to 16 games and compiled 2.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 0.6 steals in 13.0 minutes per game.
Marble sat 16 games earlier in the season after straining his rotator cuff and ended the season missing the final 35 games due to a plethora of DNP-inactive and a detached retina. In between the injuries, Marble spent a few weeks in the D-League. He'll rejoin the team during the Orlando Pro Summer League, then fight for a roster spot during training camp. Marble may find himself fastened to the D-League if management places more of an emphasis on wins over player development.

Marble (eye) will likely miss the remainder of the season, John Denton of the Magic's official site reports.
Marble suffered a detached retina early in March, initially slating him to miss 4-to-6 weeks. At this point, it appears the back end of that timetable is optimistic, and he'll probably end up waiting until next season to suit up again.

Marble suffered a detached retina in his left eye and is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks, John Denton of OrlandoMagic.com reports.
Marble has appeared in only 16 games this season and has spent some time in the D-League. The rookie will be on the shelf for likely more than a month, though the loss isn't a major impact for the Magic, as Marble hasn't appeared in an NBA game since January 25.

Marble was reassigned to the D-League on Tuesday, the Orlando Sentinel's Josh Robbins reports. He was recalled from the D-League 10 days ago, but did not appear in any of the Magic's final three games before the All-Star break. There is a good chance that Marble could get recalled at some point in the near future, but don't look for him to bring much to the table in terms of fantasy value.

Marble was recalled from the D-League on Saturday, the Orlando Sentinel's Josh Robbins reports.
The Magic are completely healthy, so Marble may not see a ton of run now that he is back in Orlando. However, there were times earlier in the season when he was a big part of the rotation, so that could conceivably reoccur if the players ahead of him struggle.

Marble was assigned to the D-League on Monday, the Orlando Sentinel's Josh Robbins reports.
His role had greatly diminished on the Magic over the past week, and he had been a healthy scratch in three straight games. There is a chance he could be recalled and earn a spot in the rotation once again this season, but for now he can be left on waiver wires.

Marble moved back to a bench role Sunday with Aaron Gordon replacing him in the starting lineup at small forward. Marble played 10 minutes off the bench and put up two points, one rebound, and one block.
Marble was moved into the starting lineup for seven games to help fill the absences of Tobias Harris and Gordon. Harris continues to come off the bench, and Marble has joined him. In his seven starts, Marble averaged 4.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.1 steal in 23 minutes per game while shooting 31 percent from the field and 36 percent from the free-throw line. If you took a flier on Marble, feel free to drop him. It's unlikely he'd have standard league value on the Magic the rest of the season unless the team suffered numerous injuries.

Marble made his second straight start against the Grizzlies on Friday and was able to record eight points, four rebounds, and two assists during his 32 minutes on the court.
Marble has filled in for the injured Tobias Harris (ankle), but Marble is several notches below Harris in terms of production. The 22-year-old will likely continue to start in place of Harris for as long as Harris is sidelined, but Marble will be relegated back to a limited role off the bench in the near future as the injury is not believed to be serious.
