Arthur scored 16 points (8-13 FG) while adding five rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 31 minutes during Saturday's loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
Kenneth Faried was back in the lineup after recovering from his ankle injury but came off the bench, leaving Arthur in the starting five for at least one more game. He's averaged 12.5 points, 5.8 boards and 1.0 steals in four starts while filling in for Faried, but could return to his reserve role as soon as Monday against the Bucks.

Arthur scored 21 points (9-12 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-4 FT) with eight rebounds and a steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's loss to the Warriors.
EDGE Analysis
Getting a start in place of the injured Kenneth Faried (back/ankle), Arthur came through with easily his best game of the season. Faried may not be out of action long, however, so Arthur will likely return to his low-value bench role very soon.

Arthur (illness) posted nine points (4-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt) to go with five rebounds in 18 minutes Wednesday against the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur was dealing with a sinus infection but ultimately was able to go. He's only averaging under 17 minutes a game this season, making him irrelevant in all but the deepest of leagues.

Arthur (illness) won't take the court Tuesday at New Orleans, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur was absent from morning shootaround due to a sinus infection, which will keep him out of Tuesday's subsequent contest. While his next opportunity to play arrives Wednesday in San Antonio, the injury-plagued Nuggets frontcourt will rely upon Kenneth Faried, J.J. Hickson, Nikola Jokic, and Danilo Gallinari to handle Pelicans star Anthony Davis.

Arthur (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur missed shootaround due to the ailment, and the Nuggets will wait until later in the afternoon to update his status. The Kansas product is averaging 2.5 points and 2.9 rebounds in 15.6 minutes off the bench this month.

Arthur played 20 minutes in Monday's win over the Trail Blazers, scoring two points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt) while contributing three rebounds, two blocks, and one assists.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur has seen consistent minutes in the high-teens and low-20s through the Nuggets' seven games this season, but it hasn't translated to much production. He's posted averages of 3.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and one block per game, numbers that don't make him a high-priority waiver-wire claim.

Arthur (knee) tallied seven points (2-6 FG, 3-4 FT) and four rebounds over 14 minutes in Sunday's 111-98 loss to the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur finally was able to get on the court after a knee bruise that was originally classified as a hamstring strain kept him sidelined for all of the Nuggets' preseason contests prior to Sunday. Arthur is slated for a spot off the bench at both forward positions in the regular season and was particularly active on the boards against the Thunder, one of the assets he is expected to bring to the table. The seven-year pro is also capable of providing some modest but consistent offense over 15-18 minutes a night.

Arthur (knee) will miss Friday's preseason game against the Suns, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Arthur was back at practice Thursday as he works his way back from a bone bruise on his right knee, but the Nuggets seem inclined to keep him out for a fifth straight exhibition game. With another practice Saturday, Arthur could be considered as an option for Sunday's preseason tilt with the Thunder.

Arthur (knee) expects to participate in his first full practice of camp Thursdsay, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is good news for Arthur, who joined the Nuggets on a two-year contract in August. He's trying to earn a spot in the front court rotation, so preseason minutes will be essential in gaining the teams confidence.

Arthur's right hamstring injury was reclassified earlier in the week as a bone bruise on his right knee, Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
The change in diagnosis was made when Arthur underwent an MRI on Monday, which revealed no damage to his hamstring. Arthur, who has sat out all four of the Nuggets' preseason games thus far, has been practicing with the team in a limited capacity, but hasn't been ruled out from playing in Friday's exhibition versus the Suns.
