Green agreed Wednesday with the 76ers on a two-year, $20 million contract, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Acquired from the Thunder last offseason after he was briefly flipped to Oklahoma City by the Lakers, Green fit in seamlessly for a Philadelphia squad in need of perimeter shooting and defense on the wing. While filling a low-usage role alongside Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons and Tobias Harris, Green knocked down 2.5 triples per contest at an excellent 40.5 percent clip while chipping in 3.8 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks in 28.0 minutes per contest. Heading into his age-34 season, Green projects to start on the wing once again for the 76ers in 2021-22.

Green (calf) is expected to be sidelined 2-3 weeks, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Green suffered the strained right calf during Game 3, and he'll be sidelined for the remainder of the series. It's possible we don't see him again unless the 76ers make the NBA Finals. While he's out, more minutes will be available for a variety of backcourt players, including Furkan Korkmaz, Matisse Thybulle and Shake Milton.

Green (calf) is unlikely to play in Monday's Game 4 against the Hawks, Jalyn Smoot of Philly Sports Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Doc Rivers stopped just short of officially ruling Green out, but it would be a shock if he took the court for Game 4 after suffering a calf strain in Game 3. Assuming Green is out, more minutes could be available for Furkan Korkmaz, Matisse Thybulle and Tyrese Maxey.

EDGE Analysis
The severity of Green's injury is unknown at this time, but the 76ers will err on the side of caution. In his absence, Matisse Thybulle and Furkan Korkmaz could potentially see more minutes.
