Jones ended with 17 points (6-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal over 24 minutes during Thursday's 126-114 loss to the Warriors.
EDGE Analysis
Jones received equal playing time to starter Richaun Holmes and was easily the more effective big man for the Kings. Jones outscored, out-assisted and out-swatted Holmes while matching his teammate with four rebounds. Each center has logged 70 total minutes over Sacramento's last three contests.

Jones (ankle) is available for Tuesday's matchup against the Celtics, Sean Cunningham of ABC 10 Sacramento reports.

Jones is listed as questionable for Tuesday's contest against the Celtics due to left ankle soreness.
EDGE Analysis
Jones popped up on the injury report Monday, so it's unclear when he suffered the injury. If he's unable to suit up, Tristan Thompson may seen an increased role behind Richaun Holmes and Alex Len.

Jones (COVID-19 protocols) netted two points (1-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist in 14 minutes off the bench Sunday in the Kings' 118-112 loss to the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings welcomed both Jones and Richaun Holmes back from the health and safety protocols Sunday, with the latter getting the starting nod at center. The two were part of a three-way timeshare at center that also included Alex Len, though the bulk of the minutes should go to Holmes once he eventually ramps up following his two-plus-week absence. Jones enjoyed a brief run as the Kings' starting center while Holmes was out to begin January, but Jones won't have much fantasy value outside of deeper leagues now that the Sacramento is at full strength at the position.

Jones (conditioning) will be available for Sunday's contest against the Rockets, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jones is expected to return after a four-game absence due to COVID-19 protocols. Richaun Holmes also returned from protocols, so the Kings should have their usual center rotation back for the first time in January.

Jones (conditioning) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rockets, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jones has missed the past four games. Richaun Holmes (conditioning) is also questionable, so the Kings could be getting a normal center rotation back.

Jones has cleared the league's health and safety protocols but remains out Friday against the Rockets due to conditioning issues.
EDGE Analysis
Jones landed in the league's health and safety protocols Sunday and will now be cleared to rejoin the team. While he'll remain sidelined Friday, he'll have another chance to return Sunday against Houston.

Jones is listed as out for Sunday's game in Portland after he was placed in the NBA's COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
EDGE Analysis
Unless he's able to test out of the protocols quickly, Jones will likely miss multiple games while he heads into isolation. Jones had already been filling in as Sacramento's starting center in place of Richaun Holmes (COVID-19 health and safety protocols), playing on the top unit for the past four games while averaging 9.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 22.5 minutes per contest. Expect Alex Len and Tristan Thompson to fill most of the minutes at center until at least one of Holmes and Jones is cleared to play again.

Jones had 18 points (7-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-7 FT), 10 rebounds and three assists across 29 minutes during Sunday's 115-113 win over the Heat.
EDGE Analysis
Jones stepped into the starting lineup Sunday, impressing with his first double-double of the season. His promotion is just a temporary thing, although his production will go a long way to securing himself the backup center role moving forward. If he can continue to see close to 20 minutes per night, those in deep leagues should certainly sit up and take notice.

Jones is in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Heat, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jones will get the start Sunday in place of Richaun Holmes, who is currently stuck in health and safety protocols. The 26-year-old big man has seen his role grow as of late, as he's averaging 10 points and 8.5 rebounds in 22.8 minutes over the last four games. He should continue to remain in the starting lineup so long as Holmes is out.
