Andersen missed Saturday's game against the Hawks due to his current ailment so he's certainly in danger of being confined to the bench once again Monday. His status should be updated after Monday's morning shootaround.

Andersen is dealing with an illness and will be a game-time decision for Saturday's contest against the Hawks. Andersen's availability won't likely be announced until right before tipoff, so it might be wise to find other options in the event that he's unable to take the court Saturday. If he stays off the court, Hassan Whiteside will be forced into major minutes without a viable backup center on the roster.

Andersen had two points (1-2 FG), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 15 minutes on Friday. He missed Tuesday's loss to the Bucks and didn't do much off the bench against the Mavs. Hassan Whiteside has been a beast lately which lessens Andersen's production. Whiteside is looking pretty comfortable as the starting center for the Heat.
