Chauncey Billups reiterated he does not plan to retire after the season and would like to re-sign with the Clippers. Billups' health has failed him at various points this season, but his presence on the Clippers bench is invalauble and Chris Paul loves having him around. Depending on the price tag, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Billups finish his career in Los Angeles.

Chauncey Billups expects to play more minutes in the postseason than he did to conclude the regular season. Billups was on a minutes limit after returning from a groin injury, but he played 21.5 in his first game of the playoffs. "I think my minutes will increase," he said. "We're going to do whatever it takes to win."

Chauncey Billups says he's "good to go" for the postseason after playing in just 22 games during the regular season. Billups spent most of the season in a bench due to a variety of ailments but will be a big boost to a Clippers team finally facing big postseason expectations. As for his postseason impact, we're not expecting much. Billups should play around 20 minutes a night and will be mostly a veteran presence for the young Clippers.

Chauncey Billups finally returned to action and had four points and five assists on 0-for-5 shooting in just 18 minutes on Tuesday. The Clippers are simply trying to get him into some kind of game shape before the playoffs start, but we still don't trust him enough to start him on Wednesday against the Kings.

Chauncey Billups (groin) will start against the Blazers on Tuesday. He was expected to play barring any setbacks, but was officially a game-time decision. Billups plays just 19.1 minutes per game this season and could flirt with that amount of playing time tonight. His owners in very deep leagues shouldn't be expecting more than two threes and a couple assists.

Chauncey Billups (groin) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday vs. Portland. Billups said that he expected to play, but his availability will be determined by how he looks at shootaround. If he sits again, Willie Green will continue to start at shooting guard in his place.

Chauncey Billups says that barring any setbacks, he'll play on Tuesday against the Blazers. He's missed eight straight games with a groin injury, so we're not expecting any miracles. He's just trying to get in some sort of game shape as the playoffs approach.

Chauncey Billups (groin) will not play on Saturday but he could make his return vs. Portland on Tuesday. It seems unlikely that Billups would play in back-to-back games (Tuesday and Wednesday), but at least he's on the verge of a return. His presence would be huge for the Clippers in the playoffs, where his clutch FT shooting and ability to handle the ball would take a great weight off Chris Paul.

Chauncey Billups (groin) practiced Thursday but is unlikely to play Friday night. Billups has been practicing since Tuesday but remains without a timetable to return. Given his fragile state this season, it's entirely possible the Clips will hold Billups out until the postseason. Willie Green will remain in the starting lineup as long as Billups is sidelined.

Chauncey Billups (groin) is without a timetable for his return. Billups returned to practice on Tuesday and Vinny Del Negro said the veteran could play as early as Wednesday, but Billups wound up sitting out and there is now no timetable for his return. "I really don't know. It's a day to day thing," Del Negro said. Billups isn't a lock to return before the postseason, meaning Willie Green will keep his starting spot until Mr. Big Shot is back.
