Knight (not injury related) will not make his Pistons debut Friday against the Thunder, Rod Beard of The Detroit News reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Knight isn't with the team yet. It's unclear if he'll be able to play Saturday against the Knicks.

Knight has been traded to the Pistons as part of a deal that brings Andre Drummond to Cleveland, Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer reports.
EDGE Analysis
In what's ultimately a pretty depressing return for Drummond, the Cavs will send Knight, John Henson and a second-round pick back to the Pistons. Knight hasn't been much of a factor for the Cavs this season, appearing in only 16 games in a fairly limited role. He's unlikely to make much of an impact in Detroit.

Knight (knee) is not listed on the Cavaliers' injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
Knight was officially active for Monday's game against the Knicks, but was only expected to play if it was an emergency situation. His absence from the injury report at this point indicates he has recovered from his knee issue.

Coach John Beilein said Knight (knee) will be available in an emergency situation Monday against the Knicks, Spencer Davies of BasketballInsiders.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Knight has missed the past nine games with a left knee injury, and while he's technically available Monday, it doesn't sound like he'll see the court. When healthy, Knight is averaging 4.9 points, 1.9 assists and 1.3 rebounds in 14.9 minutes this season.

Knight (knee) is listed as questionable for Monday's tilt with the Knicks.
EDGE Analysis
Knight had previously been listed as doubtful on the injury report that was issued Sunday, and his upgraded status indicates that the Cavaliers are feeling better about his chances of playing following Monday's morning shootaround. The veteran guard has been sidelined for the past nine games with a sore left knee and likely won't be in store for meaningful minutes once he gains clearance to play.

Knight (knee) is listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Knicks.
EDGE Analysis
The Cavaliers' decision to upgrade Knight from "out" to "doubtful" on the NBA's official injury report represents a tangible sign of progress, though the combo guard still looks set to miss a 10th consecutive game. With Cleveland recently returning rookie Kevin Porter from a multi-week injury absence, Knight might not have a spot in coach John Beilein's rotation waiting for him once he's healthy.

Knight (knee) will not play Saturday against Golden State, Spencer Davies of BasketballInsiders.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Left knee soreness has sidelined Knight for the last eight games and will keep him out for at least one more contest. He had been listed as questionable, so his return may not be too far off.

Knight is questionable for Saturday's matchup against the Warriors.
EDGE Analysis
Left knee soreness has kept Knight out since Jan. 17, but there's a chance he'll be able to make his return Saturday. More information may arrive following the team's pregame activities.

Coach John Beilein said Friday that Knight (knee) could miss another 1-to-3 weeks, Kelsey Russo of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Knight has been sidelined for the past four games with a sore left knee, the same one in which he required surgery in July 2017 to repair a torn ACL. While the Cavaliers don't seem to be fearing that Knight is dealing with ligament damage again, he'll nonetheless require some more time off to rest up and receive further treatment. Knight has not yet been able to resume practicing on even a limited basis, though he was spotted putting up shots during the Cavs' shootaround Thursday.

Knight (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Knight has missed the last four matchups with a left knee injury, and he'll need to wait at least a few more days before making a return. His next chance to take the court will come Monday in Detroit.
