James will get the start at center Monday against the Pelicans, Earl Sneed of Mavs.com reports. James played only five minutes in Monday's loss to Brooklyn, but he'll be inserted into the starting five with Tyson Chandler sidelined. As a result, J.J. Barea will shift back to the bench. James, provided he sees significant minutes, could be a decent source of rebounds, but he's not likely to provide much else in terms of counting stats.

James collected 11 rebounds and chipped in seven points Monday. He joined the starting lineup with Tyson Chandler nursing a sore hip. James played 27 minutes and is currently on his second 10-day contract with Dallas. While the Mavs have suggested he will be signed for the remainder of the season, his fantasy value remains low.
