Davis headed to the locker room during Game 1 against the Grizzlies on Sunday due to an apparent shoulder injury, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis got tangled with Jaren Jackson in the final seconds of the second quarter, and the star big man headed straight to the locker room to be examined, but the early signs did not look promising. Losing Davis would be a massive blow for the Lakers, both for this game and the team's potential playoff run, as he's been the team's best player in the last few weeks. If he can't keep playing, then Wenyen Gabriel or Mo Bamba would be in line for bigger roles.

Davis (foot) will be available and start in Game 1 against the Grizzlies on Sunday, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Davis will be available for the series opener and should feature in his regular starting role. More important, though, is the fact that head coach Darvin Ham said neither Davis nor LeBron James would have restrictions when it comes to their workload in the series, so it's safe to assume Davis' minutes could hover around the mid-to-high 30s. Davis averaged 25.9 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.0 blocks across 34.0 minutes per game during the regular season.

Davis is dealing with a right foot stress injury but has been listed as probable for Game 1 against the Grizzlies on Sunday, Harrison Faigen of SBNation.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis has been listed on the injury report on a consistent basis all season long, but he is expected to be available with no restrictions for the series opener against the Grizzlies. The star big man notched 24 points, 15 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and two steals across 43 minutes in the Play-In win over the Timberwolves on Tuesday.

Davis (foot) is good to go for Tuesday's game against the Timberwolves, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Lakers will be at full strength Tuesday night with LeBron James (foot) and D'Angelo Russell (foot) also getting clearance. Davis usually always carries probable tags so his foot shouldn't be a major hindrance against Minnesota as he matches up with Karl-Anthony Towns.

Davis (foot) is probable for Tuesday's Play-In matchup against the Timberwolves, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite logging the injury tag, it would be quite surprising to see Davis unable to suit up during Tuesday's pivotal Play-In contest against Minnesota. The 30-year-old has appeared in 12 straight outings, averaging 25.3 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists,1.2 steals and 1.9 blocks over 35.8 minutes per game.

Davis closed with 16 points (7-15 FG, 2-2 FT), 13 rebounds, four blocks, three assists and three steals across 34 minutes during Sunday's 128-117 win over the Jazz.
EDGE Analysis
Davis' scoring took a step back over the final three games of the season while a healthy LeBron James took on a larger share of the offensive burden, but the veteran center was at least able to close the campaign with his fourth consecutive double-double. After missing 20 consecutive games in the middle of the season with a stress injury in his right foot, Davis was an iron man upon his return to action in late January. He suited up in 31 of the Lakers' final 34 contests, averaging 24.7 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 2.0 blocks and 0.8 steals in 34.5 minutes per game. Thanks in no small part to Davis' big close to the regular season, the Lakers were not only able to fight their way back into the playoff picture, but nearly avoided the Play-In Tournament entirely, finishing just one game behind the Warriors for the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference. Davis and the Lakers will be back in action Tuesday versus the Timberwolves in the Play-In Tournament opener.

EDGE Analysis
As expected, Davis, LeBron James (foot) and D'Angelo Russell (foot) have all been upgraded to available and will likely play heavy minutes with the Lakers fighting for playoff positioning. Over his past 11 appearances, Davis has averaged 26.2 points, 12.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.7 blocks in 35.9 minutes per game.

EDGE Analysis
AD will continue to power through the foot issue for L.A.'s regular-season finale, so he's safe to activate in all leagues. Over the past few weeks, Davis has put in averages of 26.1 points, 12.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.0 swats per contest on 57.8 percent shooting from the field and 73.8 percent at the line.

Davis totaled 14 points (4-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-7 FT), 21 rebounds, four assists and three blocks in 34 minutes during Friday's 121-107 victory over the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
Davis had an off night offensively Friday, making just four of 12 attempts from the field. That didn't stop him from crashing the boards, though, as the big man racked up a game-high 21 rebounds. Davis added three blocks in the win, marking his fourth performance this season with at least 20 boards and multiple swats in a game.
