Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (ankle) has been downgraded from doubtful to out on Friday, which doesn't come as a big surprise. Hopefully, he doesn't have to sit out too long after injuring the same ankle he sprained before. For the time being, Cam Reddish will be the safest streaming option for any fantasy managers in need. If Simons is out for an extended period of time, then Shaedon Sharpe could be an option in deeper leagues as well.
