An MRI on Andrei Kirilenko's sore calf was negative and he remains day-to-day.
The Nets could surely use him for Friday's game vs. the Thunder, who have a nine-game win streak, but his status won't be determined until shootaround at the earliest. He's averaging 5.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 0.8 steals in a reserve role this season, which isn't enough for value in standard leagues.

Andrei Kirilenko missed Thursday's practice due to his sore right calf.
Kirilenko hasn't been stuffing the stat sheet like he did during his best years, but the 34-year-old has shown recent glimpses of the fantasy star that he used to be. Over his last five games, Kirilenko has averaged 22.6 minutes, 6.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 0.8 blocks. Those aren't numbers that standard league owners will be salivating over, but he can provide decent value in deeper leagues. We'll consider AK questionable for Friday and will update his status as more information becomes available.

Andrei Kirilenko sat out Wednesday's practice with a sore right calf.
AK hasn't missed a game since returning from a back injury on Dec. 31 and this doesn't sound very serious, but owners should still consider him questionable to play vs. the Thunder on Friday.

Andrei Kirilenko scored just four points with two rebounds and two assists, but he managed two steals and one block in 24 minutes off the bench on Monday.
Kirilenko is creeping back up into the standard league discussion even if he's not there yet. In a deeper league, however, he's putting up 14-16 team value and that means he should be owned in most of those formats.

Andrei Kirilenko was still quiet in Friday's game, but managed to post a steal and block to go with six points and three rebounds in 20 minutes off the bench.
Defensive numbers are a part of the deal with Kirilenko and it doesn't take much for him to be relevant in fantasy leagues. It's still probably too early to consider a pickup in most formats, but deep league owners will want to keep an eye on things.

In a recent interview Andrei Kirilenko stated that his back is beginning to feel better, after dealing with spasms through the first two months of the season.
"I am feeling pretty good," Kirilenko said. "Again, nothing bothered me and I had a great game [Thursday]. Gradually, I am getting better. I played without a brace [against the Hawks], which is a huge improvement. And I'm feeling, movement-wise, great." Kirilenko's numbers don't jump off the page, but since being infused back into the lineup the Nets have gone on a 6-2 run. While Kirilenko is helping his team win games, he's not offering enough statistically right now to be owned in standard leagues.

Andrei Kirilenko will play against the Raptors on Saturday.
There is no word of an official injury, but Kirilenko doesn't look healthy. He can be spotted on the sidelines grabbing his back and in pain, so it's only a matter of time before he needs to miss a game. Fantasy owners in deeper leagues should factor in his injury risk before taking a chance on him.

Andrei Kirilenko did not hit a field goal in Friday's double-overtime win, finishing with one point, five boards and two steals in 22 minutes.
His minutes are slowly creeping up but the production isn't anywhere to be seen so far, and owners will want to watch him from the waiver wire in most formats.

Andrei Kirilenko played a season-high 21 minutes against the Hawks on Monday with eight points, three boards, four assists and two turnovers.
He was expected to be in the teens on minutes tonight, but coach Jason Kidd gave the Russian a little extra burn. Kirilenko is playing some nice energy and he's had a knack for blocks and steals in his career, so he's worth a look in deeper leagues while he's healthy. Although, his prospective owners will probably want to cut him at the first sign of trouble.

Andrei Kirilenko played 14 minutes on Saturday and finished with eight points, two rebounds and nothing else.
As long as AK is getting less than 25 minutes a game it's going to be tough for him to produce. He's also dealing with a very crowded frontcourt in Brooklyn and you're probably better off letting someone else deal with the headaches that are going to come with owning him.
