Sarr continues to improve throughout his rookie year, as he has now scored at least 20 points in three straight games. Not only is this the 19-year-old forward's longest streak of the season, but he has scored at least 20 points seven times total. Sarr has also been efficient from behind the arc as of late, converting 38.3 percent of his 6.0 three-point attempts per contest across his last 10 appearances.

Sarr recorded 34 points (12-28 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 32 minutes during Saturday's 126-123 victory over the Nuggets.

Sarr provided a full stat line while contributing a team- and career-high mark in points. Moreover, the rookie made a career-high five three-pointers during an efficient outing from beyond the arc. The big man has improved as a three-point shooter since the All-Star break, during which he has shot 37.7 percent from downtown on 5.9 attempts per game. Additionally, Sarr has now reached double-digit points in seven of his last nine appearances, averaging 16.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 blocks across 27.7 minutes per contest in that nine-game span.

Sarr led Washington on both ends of the floor Thursday, pacing all Wizards in scoring and blocks in a well-rounded performance. Sarr has tallied at least 15 points and four blocks in two contests this season. Over his last five appearances, Sarr has averaged 14.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.2 blocks in 28.0 minutes per game.

Sarr has been one of the most consistent rookies in the 2024-25 season, and the Frenchman has improved vastly compared to how he was playing in the early stages of the campaign. This was his second consecutive double-double, and he's notched that feat eight times already in 2024-25. He's averaging a solid line of 14.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists and a combined 2.0 steals-plus-blocks per game in six outings since the beginning of the All-Star break.

Sarr ended with 10 points (5-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists and one block across 28 minutes during Saturday's 118-117 victory over the Raptors.

The second overall pick in the 2024 Draft collected the seventh double-double of his career, and his first since Jan. 23. Sarr has had something of a stop-start rookie campaign, but in four games since returning from a sprained ankle, the 19-year-old has averaged 12.5 points, 6.5 boards, 3.0 assists, 1.3 threes, 0.8 steals and 0.8 blocks as he teases his multi-category fantasy potential.

Sarr closed Wednesday's 125-122 victory over Utah with 21 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal over 29 minutes.

EDGE Analysis

Sarr reached the 20-point mark for the first time since Feb. 21, when he notched 22 points and seven boards in a loss to the Bucks. The rookie Frenchman has been struggling with injuries lately, and he's been limited to just five appearances since the beginning of November. The lack of availability limits his upside a bit.

Sarr (ankle) tallied 10 points (4-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and two steals across 26 minutes Saturday in the Wizards' 113-100 win over the Hornets.

EDGE Analysis

Sarr made his return to action after missing the previous three games with a left ankle sprain. He took back his spot in the starting five and ended up seeing the larger share of playing time at center, with Richaun Holmes moving into a backup role and covering the other 22 minutes. The Wizards will continue to prioritize Sarr when he's healthy enough to play, and while he's already proven to be a strong source of defensive stats with averages of 1.5 blocks and 0.7 steals per contest, the rookie's poor efficiency will make his scoring more volatile from game to game.

Sarr (ankle) has been cleared to play in Saturday's game against the Hornets.

Sarr has missed the last three games for the Wizards while dealing with an ankle injury. He'll return to the floor Saturday in Charlotte, which should give Washington a much-needed boost in the frontcourt against the Hornets.
