Zach Davies Shows Strong Outing Sunday rotoballer.com Sun 5/5/19 10:01 PM
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies gave up two runs on six hits and a walk through 7 2/3 innings in Sunday's win against the Mets. Though the underlying stats make it hard to believe that Davies can continue the success he has been showing, it may be time to consider picking him up. Davies doesn't offer a ton of strikeout or innings upside, but he still hasn't given up more than two earned runs yet this season and pitches for a good offense. Davies is a decent option in points leagu[...]

Zach Davies Lowers ERA To 1.38 rotoballer.com Mon 4/29/19 11:04 PM
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies allowed one unearned run on three hits and three walks and struck out two over 5 1/3 innings in Monday's win against the Rockies. Davies has been a confusing pitcher so far this season. He has had one great start where we went seven innings and gave up one run against the Dodgers, but other than that, he hasn't posted a quality start. He's allowing a lot of base runners, he doesn't strike anyone out, but he also doesn't give up runs. His ERA now si[...]

Zach Davies Lowers ERA Thursday rotoballer.com Fri 4/19/19 1:02 AM
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies threw five shutout innings on Thursday allowing three hits and three walks while striking out two against the Dodgers. The Dodgers' offense has been very hot to start the season, so the shutout innings are impressive, however the two strikeouts and only lasting five innings is not. So far, Davies has only reached six innings once this season and though his ERA sits at 1.19, he doesn't offer much upside. That being said, if he can keep his ERA low w[...]

Zach Davies Decent In Win Sunday rotoballer.com Sun 4/7/19 6:59 PM
Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Zach Davies gave up two unearned runs on five hits and two walks in Sunday's win against the Cubs. The good news is that Davies didn't give up any earned runs, the bad news is that he only struck out one batter through 5 2/3 innings. Davies is a decent option for deeper leagues, but provides no real ace upside. His next start is scheduled for Saturday against the Dodgers in L.A.
