Travis Shaw To Sit All Weekend rotoballer.com Fri 5/10/19 12:06 PM

Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw has been informed that he will be out of the lineup all three days this weekend with the Cubs throwing three left-handed starters. It'll give Shaw a chance to clear his head amidst his slump and watch video. Shaw's average has fallen to .172 (22-for-128), and he's gone 4-for-39 (.103) with 12 strikeouts and five walks since April 27. Shaw shouldn't be outright dropped in fantasy leagues, but he obviously needs to ride the virtual pine until he fixes h[...]

Travis Shaw Hitless Again Wednesday rotoballer.com Wed 5/8/19 5:55 PM

Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw went 0-for-4 with a walk and two strikeouts in Wednesday's loss to the Nationals. The further we get into the season, the more things seem to be seriously concerning with Shaw. His average now sits at .172 and Shaw has 45 strikeouts in 128 at-bats. At this point, if you haven't already, it's time to keep Shaw on your bench indefinitely, and though he costed some decent draft capital, we wouldn't judge if you dropped him.

Travis Shaw Goes Hitless Again rotoballer.com Sun 4/28/19 1:39 AM

Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw went 0-for-4 again on Saturday with a walk and two strikeouts. Shaw is now batting .194 and has 10 walks to 35 strikeouts. The strikeouts were a big problem in spring training and seemed to have followed him into the 2019 season. Shaw also doesn't have very good counting stats to go along with his bad ratios. At this point, it's still early in the season and you probably spent too much draft capital in Shaw to drop him now, but he is certainly worth b[...]
