Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw (foot) exited the game on Wednesday after fouling a pitch off his right foot and was diagnosed with a foot contusion. The x-rays came back negative so there isn't any collateral or serious damage and Brewers manager Craig Counsell believes he'll be ready to go on Friday. Milwaukee Brewers third baseman Travis Shaw left Wednesday's game after fouling a pitch off his foot. The Brewers have officially diagnosed him with a right foot contusion so far, however, he'll most likely undergo further testing so they know the timeline and injury to an extent. Hernan Perez replaced him at third base for the game and could be the go-to replacement at 3B if Shaw misses any significant amount of time, along with Jonathan Villar. Keep posted.
