D'Arnaud went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run and a second run scored in Monday's 13-1 rout of the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
After missing the prior seven games due to a lower-leg issue, d'Arnaud got the start at catcher Monday and hit seventh, and his three-run blast off Mychal Givens in the sixth inning capped the scoring on the night for Atlanta. The veteran backstop hadn't gone deep since late June, snapping a 22-game homer drought with the performance, and on the season d'Arnaud is slashing .257/.310/.449 with 12 home runs and 43 RBI in 73 games. Expect the 33-year-old to split time with William Contreras the rest of the way as Atlanta tries to keep both catchers healthy for the playoffs.

D'Arnaud (lower leg) isn't expected to return until Monday at the earliest, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
D'Arnaud hasn't played since last Saturday due to a lower leg injury. Previous reports indicated he'd be back for the weekend series against the Marlins, but he remains unable to squat probably, so he'll remain shut down for a few more days. A trip to the injured list doesn't appear to be on the cards just yet, however. Chadwick Tromp will continue to back up William Contreras in his absence.

Atlanta expects d'Arnaud (lower leg) to be ready to rejoin the lineup for their four-game series with the Marlins that begins Friday, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though d'Arnaud isn't available for Sunday's series finale with the Mets and was sporting a walking boot to protect his lower right leg, Atlanta apparently doesn't believe his injury is significant enough to require a trip to the injured list. Even so, manager Brian Snitker isn't preparing for d'Arnaud to be available in a depth capacity for at least a few days, so Atlanta called up Chadwick Tromp from Triple-A Gwinnett to provide a depth option behind William Contreras at catcher. Tromp will serve as Contreras' backup Sunday and in Atlanta's upcoming two-game series in Boston that begins Tuesday.

D'Arnaud (lower leg) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets and is wearing a protective walking boot, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 33-year-old had X-rays on his lower right leg come back negative after exiting Game 2 of Saturday's twin bill, and he's now sporting a protective boot. Atlanta's roster moves Sunday didn't include d'Arnaud going on the injured list, so he'll remain on the active roster for now. However, catcher Chadwick Tromp was called up from Triple-A Gwinnett, which indicates the veteran will be unavailable for at least a couple days.

D'Arnaud went 1-for-4 with a run scored in Thursday's 6-4 loss to the Mets on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
The catcher missed one game with a stomach illness. D'Arnaud has gone 7-for-38 (.184) in his last 10 contests, though he hasn't produced an extra-base hit since July 6. He has a .251/.298/.431 slash line with 11 home runs, 40 RBI, 39 runs scored and 15 doubles in 70 games overall, though he'll likely continue to share catching duties with William Contreras.

D'Arnaud (illness) is starting behind the plate and batting sixth Thursday against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The 33-year-old was held out of Wednesday's contest due to a stomach bug but is back in the lineup a day later. D'Arnaud is hitting .190 since the start of July and has been ceding playing time to William Contreras at catcher, even prior to Wednesday's absence.

D'Arnaud is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phillies due to a stomach bug, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Since William Contreras was behind the plate for all nine innings of Tuesday's 13-1 win, Atlanta was likely planning on resting him for the day game after a night game, but he'll have to catch a second straight contest with d'Arnaud feeling under the weather. With a .190 average since the beginning of July, d'Arnaud was already beginning to lose out on playing time to Contreras, and the bout with the stomach bug certainly won't help his case for re-establishing himself as Atlanta's clear-cut No. 1 backstop.
