Chicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson will lead off and play shortstop versus lefty Eduardo Rodriguez on Saturday. Anderson continues to jump around in the batting order for the South Siders this season. The team has been unable to find reliable spot for Anderson in their batting order. Rodriguez has pitched well this season, but this is his first start since July. Anderson is at least worth a look in DFS contests on Saturday.

Anderson sat out on Wednesday after suffering a left ankle bruise on Tuesday. He'll play shortstop and bat fifth versus righty Rick Porcello. Anderson is worth considering for DFS contests, but there is likely better shortstop options out there on Thursday.

Rondon has struggled versus right-handed pitching this season, so he should be avoided in DFS contests. Anderson is day-to-day, so he should be back in the lineup soon.

On the year, Anderson is batting .247 with 17 home runs, 69 runs scored, 58 RBI and 25 stolen bases. He should be owned in all fantasy leagues.

It's just a routine day off for Anderson who is replaced at shortstop by Yolmer Sanchez and he will face Jordan Zimmermann Wednesday. Anderson is hitting .242 with 15 home runs, 48 RBI and 22 stolen bases on the year and is expected back in the lineup Friday versus the Royals.

Normally Anderson is not a great DFS option, but batting first against a mediocre pitcher should help.

Anderson has put together three straight multi-hit games, so he'll jump up in the batting order. It's unclear whether not Anderson will stay first in the batting order or if he'll move back to the seventh spot after he cools off. Regardless, Anderson is worth a look in DFS contests for Wednesday.
