Bieber will start Wednesday's Game 3 of the American League Championship Series against the Mariners, Nick Camino of WKYC Channel 3 Cleveland reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber was unable to provide the Blue Jays with much stability during his last outing in Game 3 of the ALDS against the Yankees, surrendering three runs (two earned) over 2.2 innings of work. Toronto desperately needs Bieber to come through with a quality appearance in Seattle after dropping the first two games of the ALCS at home, though he'll likely be on a short leash considering the club can't afford to go down 3-0 in the series.

Bieber did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's loss to the Yankees in Game 3 of the American League Division Series. He was charged with three runs (two earned) on five hits and one walk, striking out two over 2.2 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber didn't have his best stuff, as evidenced by the fact that he recorded just five swings-and-misses. Manager John Schneider turned to his bullpen in the third inning and the relief crew was unable to hold the lead, affording the Yankees new life in the series. Bieber made only seven starts during the regular season, but that was after an arduous rehab from Tommy John surgery, so it's understandable that he's running on fumes a bit here at the end.

Bieber (4-2) picked up the win in Friday's contest against the Rays, conceding two runs on five hits and two walks over five innings with three strikeouts.
EDGE Analysis
This wasn't Bieber's sharpest performance, as he generated only nine whiffs out of his 90 total pitches. Both runs the Toronto right-hander allowed came on solo homers in the second, with Junior Caminero and Jonathan Aranda going deep. Following a return from Tommy John surgery in mid-August, Bieber produced a 3.57 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 37:7 K:BB across 40.1 innings. The one-time Cy Young Award winner's performance in the playoffs will likely have a heavy bearing on his 2026 draft price.

Bieber (3-2) conceded two runs on four hits and one walk over 6.1 innings to take the loss Saturday against Kansas City. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
The Toronto right-hander picked up his second consecutive quality start, as both runs he yielded scored on back-to-back solo homers in the fourth. Bieber gave up the pair of long balls to Bobby Witt and Vinnie Pasquantino. The former Cy Young Award winner has been splendid in his 35.1 total innings, pitching to a 3.57 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 34:5 K:BB. Bieber is tentatively slated to make his final start of the season at home against the Red Sox next week; however, that could change if the Blue Jays shuffle around their rotation in preparation for the playoffs.

Bieber (3-1) allowed a run on four hits and a walk over six innings Sunday, striking out five and earning a win against Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber coughed up a solo homer to Coby Mayo in the second inning but otherwise did not face much trouble. It was Bieber's first quality start since his season debut Aug. 22. He had given up eight runs over 11.2 frames (6.17 ERA) over his last two starts before Sunday's win. Bieber forced a season-high 18 whiffs on 97 total pitches. He now owns a 3.72 ERA with a 30:4 K:BB through 29 innings. Bieber's next start is projected to be in Kansas City next weekend.

Bieber came away with a no-decision in Tuesday's 4-3 extra-inning win over the Astros, giving up three runs on nine hits and a walk over 5.2 innings. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran right-hander served up a two-run shot to Carlos Correa in the first inning and dealt with traffic on the basepaths in every inning he worked, but Bieber kept Toronto in the game until finally exiting after 94 pitches (53 strikes) with two on and two out in the sixth after allowing an RBI double to Yainer Diaz. Since his dazzling Blue Jays debut Aug. 22 in Miami, Bieber has had a little trouble with his command within the strike zone, posting a 16:3 K:BB over three starts and 17 innings but also a 5.29 ERA and 1.29 WHIP. He'll look to tighten things up in his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home this weekend against the Orioles.

Bieber (2-1) earned the win Wednesday over the Reds, allowing five runs on five hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out six.
EDGE Analysis
All of the damage against Bieber came in the second inning, where he allowed five runs on five hits. The right-hander settled in and held the Reds scoreless over his final four frames en route to an eventual 13-9 Toronto victory. Prior to Wednesday, Bieber had allowed just three runs over his first two starts (11.1 innings) following his return from Tommy John surgery. The right-hander is currently scheduled to face the Astros at home his next time out.

Bieber (1-1) took the loss against the Brewers on Friday, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out six across 5.1 innings. He did not issue a walk.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber dazzled in his Blue Jay debut against the Marlins, and it was much of the same in Friday's contest against the best team in baseball. He set the tone by striking out the side in the first inning to set up a fierce pitching duel with Freddy Peralta. Bieber kept the Brewers off the board through the first five frames before yielding two runs in the sixth, including a solo homer to Andruw Monasterio. Even with the loss, Bieber has looked good in his first two starts since returning from Tommy John surgery, and his acquisition from the Guardians at the trade deadline has solidified the top of the Blue Jays' rotation that includes Kevin Gausman and Max Scherzer. Bieber is lined up to face the AL East rival Yankees in the Bronx next weekend.

Bieber is scheduled to make his next start next Friday against the Brewers, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber was excellent in his Toronto debut Friday, allowing one run on two hits and no walks with nine strikeouts over six innings. Though his next turn would ordinarily come up Wednesday against Minnesota, he'll instead take the mound against Milwaukee after a team off day Thursday, as manager John Schneider wants to give the hurler extra rest, per Mae. Eric Lauer will start Wednesday in what could be his final turn in the rotation.

Bieber (1-0) earned the win against the Marlins on Friday, allowing one run on two hits and no walks with nine strikeouts over six innings.
EDGE Analysis
Bieber gave up a solo shot in the third but was otherwise sharp in his first major-league start since last April. The 30-year-old tossed 55 of 87 pitches for strikes and racked up 15 whiffs, highlighted by seven on his slider. He looks fully healthy after a lengthy rehab stint and is lined up for a home matchup with the Twins next week.
