Sam Fuld exited Wednesday's game in the fifth inning with a right wrist injury. It's not clear how Fuld suffered the injury or how long he might be out. We'll update his status when more is known. Sean Rodriguez replaced him in the lineup.

Sam Fuld added another chapter to his legend on Wednesday evening, tripling home two runs with one out in the bottom of the ninth inning, capping a five-run Rays rally in an 8-7 win over the Royals. The Rays trailed 7-3 entering the bottom of the ninth after Melky Cabrera took Jake McGee deep for a three-run bomb in the top half, but jumped all over Aaron Crown and Joakim Soria. As for Fuld, his fifth triple of the season was his first extra-base hit in 10 games.
