Pepiot (3-6) took the loss Tuesday against the Red Sox, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks while striking out nine in 5.2 innings.
EDGE Analysis
The Red Sox got to Pepiot early with two quick runs in the first, but he was able to settle in the rest of the way, with his only other blemish being a solo home run in the sixth off the bat of Trevor Story. Pepiot set a season-high with nine strikeouts and totaled 19 whiffs but failed to reach six innings for the first time since May 2. He's allowed more than three runs in a start only once this season and now owns a 3.31 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 73:24 K:BB in 81.2 innings. Pepiot lines up to face the Orioles next week.

Pepiot allowed two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out eight over six innings in a no-decision versus the Rangers on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot allowed runs for the first time since his May 19 start versus the Astros. He surrendered solo home runs to Jake Burger and Marcus Semien in this contest, but he was spared the loss when the Rays rallied for a walk-off win in the ninth inning. Pepiot has logged six straight quality starts, allowing nine runs over his last 37.2 innings. He's at a 3.20 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 64:22 K:BB across 76 innings through 13 starts this season. His next outing is projected to be a road start in Boston.

Pepiot came away with a no-decision Friday, scattering two hits and a walk over 6.2 scoreless innings in a 2-1 loss to the Astros. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander faced the minimum number of batters through four innings and didn't let a runner get into scoring position while he was on the mound, exiting with a 1-0 lead after 93 pitches (61 strikes). The Tampa Bay bullpen cost Pepiot his fourth win of the season, however, and he had to settle for his fifth straight quality start and eighth of the season. He'll take a 3.21 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 56:20 K:BB through 70 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the Rangers.

Pepiot (3-5) earned the win Sunday over the Blue Jays, allowing three hits and a walk across seven scoreless innings. He struck out five.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot was excellent Sunday, holding Toronto to just three singles in his first scoreless outing this season. While the win was Pepiot's first since April 26, he's now delivered four consecutive quality starts. The right-hander lowered his ERA to 3.55 with a 1.23 WHIP and 52:19 K:BB across 11 starts (63.1 innings) this year. Pepiot will look to keep the momentum going in his next outing, currently scheduled for next week in Houston.

Pepiot did not factor in the decision during Monday's loss to Houston. He allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk over six innings while striking out two.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot's start was better than the final line would suggest, outside of a three-run second inning by the Astros. All three runs came with two outs in the frame, starting with a solo shot by Victor Caratini. Pepiot has now produced six quality starts in 10 appearances this season, including three straight and five in his last six outings. Despite the overall consistency, he owns a disappointing 3.99 ERA with a 47:18 K:BB through 56.1 frames. Pepiot is currently lined up for a home start against Toronto this weekend.

Pepiot (2-5) took the loss against the Blue Jays on Wednesday, allowing three runs on six hits and one walk while striking out seven across six innings.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot managed to keep the Blue Jays off the board through the first five innings, but he gave up a three-run homer to Alejandro Kirk in the sixth and was unable to get enough run support from the Rays' hitters to avoid the loss. Pepiot has logged a quality start in four of his last five appearances but has taken the loss in three of those outings. The 27-year-old right-hander has a 3.47 ERA and 1.26 WHIP across 49.1 innings this season and is lined up to face the Astros at home next week.

Pepiot didn't factor into the decision Thursday against the Phillies after allowing one run on two hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out three.
EDGE Analysis
While Pepiot did fail to fan more than three in his third straight start, that didn't stop him from holding the Phillies in check. The right-hander gave up a season-low two hits, and he also threw six innings while conceding one run or less for the third time in eight starts this season. Pepiot has just seven punchouts over his past three outings, but he's yielded just four runs and hasn't surrendered a single long ball during this stretch. He'll take a steady 3.86 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 38:16 K:BB across 44.1 innings into his next scheduled appearance against the Blue Jays, who have a weak .646 OPS against right-handed pitching through 36 games.

Pepiot (2-4) took the loss against the Yankees on Friday, allowing two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out one batter over 4.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot allowed at least one baserunner in each of the first four innings of Friday's start, but was able to manoeuvre out of those frames without allowing a run. He was lifted in the fifth inning after giving up a walk and a double, and Pepiot was tagged for two runs after Paul Goldschmidt belted a three-run home run off Rays reliever Mason Montgomery. Pepiot generated just 10 first-pitch strikes and five whiffs on 88 pitches (55 strikes) and wasn't able to complete five innings for the first time in seven starts. He's in line to face the Phillies at home next week.

Pepiot (2-3) earned the win Saturday against the Padres after giving up one run on three hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out three.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot delivered a second straight quality start Saturday and broke a streak of three consecutive outings with multiple homers allowed. He needed just 75 pitches to record 18 outs, but manager Kevin Cash elected to go to the bullpen after San Diego broke his shutout bid with a run on two hits in the sixth inning. Pepiot will carry a 4.24 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 34:12 K:BB over 34 innings into his next turn through the rotation, which lines up for next weekend on the road against the Yankees.

Pepiot (1-3) was tagged with a loss after he pitched six innings, giving up three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out seven batters in Sunday's 4-0 defeat to the Yankees.
EDGE Analysis
Pepiot bounced back well after surrendering six runs over six innings in his last start Tuesday against the Red Sox. One of the right-hander's biggest problems this season has been the long ball, and he surrendered two more Sunday. Trent Grisham launched a solo shot in the first inning before Cody Bellinger went deep with a solo homer of his own in the top of the sixth. Pepiot has now given up eight home runs over his first five starts of the season. He'll carry a 4.82 ERA and 1.50 WHIP into his next projected start Saturday in San Diego.
