Stephenson (1-4) allowed two runs, one of which was earned, on three hits and three walks while striking out three across five innings to earn the win Saturday against the Braves.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson was able to keep the Braves in check despite issuing three free passes. He's lowered his ERA by almost two full runs over his last four outings, and he's someone fantasy managers should keep an eye on, as he could be useful down the stretch. He'll make his next start Friday against the Pirates.

Stephenson will take the mound against Atlanta on Saturday, barring a relief appearance during Wednesday's game versus the Cubs, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson was recently reinstated from the 10-day DL (shoulder) this past Sunday, and appears to be headed toward a return to the starting rotation, for one start at the very least. The right-hander came out of the bullpen during Sunday's game against Milwaukee, tossing two scoreless innings with a trio of strikeouts. His last start came Aug. 2 versus the Pirates, in which Stephenson tossed his best outing of the season -- allowing just one earned run while striking out four in 5.2 innings.

Stephenson (shoulder) was activated from the 10-day disabled list Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson suffered a right shoulder contusion during his last start with the Reds on Aug. 2. The ailment only required a minimum 10-day stay on the disabled list and the 24-year-old is set to rejoin the team. Whether or not he'll rejoin the starting rotation is unclear at the moment.

Stephenson (shoulder) could be activated from the 10-day DL prior to Sunday's game against the Brewers, MLB.com's Mark Sheldon reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson suffered a right shoulder contusion during his previous start against the Pirates on August 2, and was placed on the DL just a few days later. Although he's eligible for reinstatement Sunday, the club may choose to give him a little more time to recover and grant Sal Romano another opportunity on the mound. More importantly, Stephenson's arm feels fine and he should return to the field in the immediate future.

Stephenson was placed on the 10-day disabled list Sunday due to a right shoulder contusion.
EDGE Analysis
Although Stephenson managed to navigate 5.2 innings during his previous start in Pittsburgh, he actually injured his shoulder diving for a ball in that contest. However, John Fay of WCPO.com doesn't believe the injury is very serious, meaning that he'll likely only miss one turn of the rotation. To replace him on the active roster, Lisalverto Bonilla was called up from Louisville.

Stephenson gave up only one run on two hits and two walks over 5.2 innings while striking out four but came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander cruised through five innings with a 2-0 lead, but with a runner on second base and two outs in the sixth he got pulled in favor of Michael Lorenzon, who promptly allowed the inherited runner to score and then coughed up a second run as well to deny Stephenson his first big-league win of the year. It's still an encouraging outing for the 24-year-old, but with Scott Feldman (knee) potentially returning to the rotation next week, Stephenson may head back to the bullpen.

Stephenson (0-4) allowed three runs on four hits and seven walks while striking out just two batters through just 4.1 innings during Thursday's loss to Miami.
EDGE Analysis
This was just the second start of the year for Stephenson, and the 24-year-old righty showed poorly again Thursday. With a 7.86 ERA and 2.04 WHIP through 34.1 innings this season (mainly in relief), Stephenson is off the fantasy radar in the majority of settings. He does sport an encouraging 8.9 K/9, but those ratios are crippling. Additionally, Stephenson isn't a lock to remain in the rotation at this stage of the game.

Stephenson (0-3) allowed five runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out five batters through 5.1 innings during Saturday's loss to Miami.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson had pitched out of the bullpen in each of his first 13 appearances for the Reds this season, but was demoted May 30 and stretched out to start. With a 8.10 ERA and 1.97 WHIP for the year (mostly in relief), Stephenson's currently off the fantasy radar. While he still owns some long-term upside, there's no guarantee Stephenson even sticks in the rotation for another start.

Stephenson was recalled from Triple-A Louisville and will start Saturday against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
The Reds made the roster move official, swapping out Ariel Hernandez for Stephenson, who will toe the rubber in place of Scott Feldman (knee). Stephenson has struggled in 21 appearances (eight starts) at the big-league level so far in his career, and he's lost his shine as a former top prospect as a result, but the 24-year-old has been throwing a lot of strikes lately with Louisville (13 walks in 40.1 innings).

Stephenson will get the start Saturday against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Stephenson was officially tabbed as the starter after tossing six innings with Triple-A Louisville on Monday. The 24-year-old has made 13 appearances with the Reds this year, but Saturday will mark his first start since last season. Since being optioned by the club in late May, Stephenson posted a 3.92 ERA with a 1.03 WHIP over the course of eight starts at the Triple-A level. During eight starts with the big-league team in 2016, Stephenson allowed 25 runs in 37 innings of work, with a 31:19 K:BB.
