Harrison is progressing nicely from a hamstring injury and continues to rehab at High-A Jupiter, Andre Fernandez of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Harrison was placed on the 7-day injured list May 28 due to a hamstring issue, but he's been making decent progress in his recovery. Assuming he continues to take steps forward, it shouldn't be long until he returns to Triple-A New Orleans, though the Marlins have yet to reveal a timetable for his activation.

Harrison is expected to be placed on the minor-league injured list Wednesday with a hamstring injury, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Harrison hasn't seen game action since Saturday when he apparently suffered the injury. The 23-year-old -- Miami's top prospect -- is slashing .288/.386/.472 with seven home runs at Triple-A New Orleans this season.

Harrison went 2-for-3 with two walks, a double, a stolen base, two runs scored and four RBI for Triple-A New Orleans on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
The Marlins' No. 1 fantasy prospect again flashed his multi-category upside as he led the Baby Cakes to a 12-4 win over Oklahoma City. Harrison has put together a solid .291/.384/.407 slash line through 23 games in May with two homers, eight RBI, 17 runs and 14 steals on 15 attempts, and while his 29.3 percent strikeout rate during that stretch is still a concern, it's a slight improvement on the 36.9 percent rate he posted at Double-A last year. The 23-year-old seems headed for a big-league opportunity sometime this summer.

Harrison went 1-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run for Triple-A New Orleans on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
He also struck out in his other three at-bats, but when Harrison is getting wood on the ball he's doing plenty of damage these days. The 23-year-old is slashing .370/.482/.739 over the last 12 games with four homers, three steals, nine RBI and 13 runs, and while he has fanned 16 times during that stretch, his nine free passes are impressive -- on the season, his 14.7 percent walk rate is almost double the rate he managed at Double-A in 2018. Lewis Brinson continues to struggle mightily for Miami, but so far the club has resisted the temptation to bring Harrison up in his place. If the latter keeps raking, though, the clock could be ticking towards his big-league debut.

Harrison went 2-for-5 with a grand slam, a stolen base and a second run scored for Triple-A New Orleans on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
A sore wrist cost Harrison a handful of games to begin the season, but he returned to action April 11 and wasted little time in proving he was fully healthy. The 23-year-old has a similar profile to Lewis Brinson -- impressive athleticism that can produce power and speed, but significant contact and plate discipline issues that limit his upside -- and Harrison could join him in the Marlins' outfield later this season if he puts together a strong run with the Baby Cakes.

Harrison is day-to-day with wrist soreness, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's positive news that Harrison avoided the injured list as it appears to be a minor issue. One of the Marlins' top prospects, it's likely the outfielder will be able to return in short order.

The Marlins optioned Harrison to Triple-A New Orleans on Tuesday, Andre Fernandez of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Harrison endured a rough spring training, recording four hits in 24 Grapefruit League at-bats while striking out 12 times. The outfielder boasts incredible fantasy upside due to his ability to hit for power and steal bases, but his chances of reaching his full potential will hinge on him making contact on a more consistent basis. The 23-year-old struck out in 36.9 percent of his 583 plate appearances at Double-A Jacksonville a season ago.

Harrison's contract was purchased from Double-A Jacksonville on Tuesday, Clark Spencer of the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Marlins promoted Harrison and five others to their 40-man roster for protection ahead of the Rule 5 draft. Harrison possesses an impressive power/speed combo, as evidenced buy his 19 homers and 28 stolen bases for Double-A Jacksonville in 2018, though it's still unclear if he'll make enough contact against big-league pitching for those skills to fully materialize. Harrison could reach the majors at some point in 2019 depending on how he adjusts to upper-level pitching.

Harrison went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base Tuesday in Double-A Jacksonville's 9-2 win over Chattanooga.
EDGE Analysis
Harrison is hitting .316 with four extra-base hits and four stolen bases over his last 10 games, but it hasn't been enough to salvage what most would consider a disappointing campaign for the 23-year-old. While the outfielder has remains one of the premier power/speed threats in the minors with 19 home runs and 28 steals on the campaign, there remains skepticism about his ability to make enough contact against major-league pitching for those skills to consistently shine through. Harrison has struck out in 36 percent of his plate appearances this season, an increase of nearly nine points from his mark in the Carolina League in 2017.
