Mitch Haniger Dealing With Some Back Stiffness rotoballer.com Sun 3/3/19 6:50 PM
Seattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger (back) was scratched from the Cactus League spring lineup Sunday. Manager Scott Servais said Haniger woke up Sunday with some minor back stiffness, and the decision was made to scratch the outfielder. He'll get two full days off with an off day in the spring schedule on Monday. It sounds like he'll be fine, and he is a Top 15 outfielder in AL-only fantasy leagues after hitting .285 with 26 homers and 93 RBI over 157 games. He loses some protection in the[...]

Ageless Ichiro Suzuki Delivers Pair Of RBI In Spring Outing rotoballer.com Fri 2/22/19 7:07 PM
Seattle Mariners outfielder Ichiro Suzuki is back where it all started, at least where it all started in his Major League career. He went 1-for-2 with a two-run single in Friday's Cactus League spring opener against the Oakland Athletics. The 45-year-old slap hitter is trying to extend his career. Ichiro is a fan favorite, but he hit just .205 in his return to the M's in 2018. OFsDomingo Santana, Mallex Smith and Mitch Haniger are projected to be the starters, and Jay Bruce is also on the roster[...]

Seattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger cracked a two-run home run in Friday's Cactus League spring opener against the Oakland Athletics while batting out of the No. 2 spot for manager Scott Servais. Haniger swatted 26 homers with 93 RBI while hitting a career-best .285 last season. He also struck out 148 times, but showed a rather discerning eye at the plate with 70 walks, too, while tapping the plate for 90 runs scored. It wouldn't be surprising to see him going off the board in mixed fanta[...]

2019 Outfielders - Early Fantasy Baseball Rankings rotoballer.com Tue 1/15/19 7:00 AM
Outfield is a unique position in the fantasy world. The best of the best reside in the outfield, with our consensus top two picks and nine of the top 25 overall players making this list. On the other hand, it is by far the deepest and easiest to gain late-round value if you choose to wait. That's why it's so important to determine exactly who to target at what point in your draft, especially in leagues that require four or five OF slots.[...]
