Hermosillo is still rehabbing from offseason surgery to repair a sports hernia, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The outfielder was reportedly hampered by the issue last season already, but he wasn't forced to get surgery until he aggravated the issue in winter ball. It's unclear whether or not Hermosillo will be ready for spring training game action when the time comes. If he is able to get healthy enough to play by Opening Day, the 24-year-old figures to spend much of the season as the Angels' fourth outfielder.

Hermosillo was called up by the Angels on Tuesday and is heading straight to the starting lineup, batting ninth and playing right field.
EDGE Analysis
Hermosillo appeared in 17 games for the Angels earlier in the season but did very little with the opportunity, hitting just .154/.214/.205. The 23-year-old should receive a decent numbersof at-bats down the stretch to show his team what he can do.

Hermosillo (groin) was activated from the minor-league disabled list Tuesday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic Los Angeles reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hermosillo is expected to bat leadoff in his return to action for Triple-A Salt Lake after missing two weeks with a groin injury. The 23-year-old is hitting a solid .277/.375/.496 with 11 homers and 10 steals across 61 games for the Bees this season. He'll be a candidate for a September call-up seeing as he's already on the 40-man roster.

Hermosillo is on the 7-day disabled list at Triple-A Salt Lake with a groin injury, Bees broadcaster Steve Klauke reports.
EDGE Analysis
Klauke referred to it as an "undetermined groin injury", so it sounds like he should be considered out indefinitely. Hermosillo will likely receive a September callup if he is healthy.

Hermosillo was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Hermosillo went 1-for-1 with one run scored during a brief appearance in Thursday's victory over Seattle after being recalled earlier in the week. He will head back down to the minors in order to receive everyday at-bats while outfielder Jabari Blash takes his place on the active roster.

Hermosillo was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
He is not in the lineup against the Mariners, with the Angels deploying their standard outfield trio of Justin Upton, Mike Trout and Kole Calhoun from left to right. Hermosillo will likely serve as the fourth outfielder while up with the big club.

Hermosillo was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Saturday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hermosillo has struggled during his multiple stints in the majors this season, posting a .132/.195/.184 slash line in 38 at-bats. The 23-year-old will return to the Bees where he is hitting .270 with a .869 OPS and seven home runs in 42 games.

Hermosillo was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Chris Young suffered a hamstring injury earlier in the week, so Hermosillo will provide the Angels with additional outfield depth until Young is ready to return. The young outfielder hit just .143/.250/.238 across 10 games with the big club earlier in the season.

Hermosillo was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
The young outfielder is just 3-for-21 in a pair of brief stints with the Angels so far this season. In a corresponding move, Jabari Blash was called up from Triple-A.

Hermosillo will start in right field and bat ninth Sunday against the Rangers, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic Los Angeles reports.
EDGE Analysis
Since Kole Calhoun was shut down with an oblique injury, Hermosillo has shared time in right field with Chris Young. Hermosillo didn't do much in his first starting opportunity Saturday with two strikeouts and a hit by pitch in three plate appearances, so he'll probably need to turn in a few quality performances in a row before gaining separation from Young in the job battle.
