Mark Teixeira Has Big Day rotoballer.com Thu 4/7/16 9:27 PM
This article references Mark Teixeira and more! Teixeira launched a three-run homer in the seventh to give the Yankees the lead. He also singled and scored a run earlier in the game. The first baseman did his damage against right-handers, whom he should continue to mash. But if the switch-hitter can improve on the .223 average he posted against southpaws last year, he could be a top-10 fantasy first baseman.Keep on reading: Mark Teixeira Has Big Day

Mark Teixeira finds himself in another terrific matchup but may go overlooked with most people choosing to pay up at first base.
A-Gon Shouldn't Be Gone Too Early rotoballer.com Mon 2/1/16 1:31 PM
This article references Adrian Gonzalez, Albert Pujols, Brandon Belt, Eric Hosmer, Lucas Duda, Mark Teixeira, Miguel Cabrera, Paul Goldschmidt, Prince Fielder and more! In any fantasy baseball draft the pool of players at first base is always the deepest. This provides ample time to fill other needs before settling on a lesser player when unable to draft Paul Goldschmidt or Miguel Cabrera. There are a surplus of first basemen that are capable of hitting over 25 homeruns and driving in at least 85 RBI. Adrian Gonzalez’s consistency, despite his numbers declining slightly with age, makes him a solid bang for your buck, but his type is also a dime a dozen.

Is Mark Teixeira Capable of Playing a Full Season? rotoballer.com Thu 1/28/16 8:15 AM
This article references Brett Gardner, Greg Bird, Mark Teixeira and more! The calendar flipped to August, and Mark Teixeira was on pace to play his first full season since 2011. His numbers, MVP-considerable; 28 home runs and 73 RBI's, flirting with production similar to his first two seasons as a Yankee and his early Texas Rangers years. Halfway through August, the 2015 All-Star fractured a bone in his right foot. Season over. Another injury, adding to the nightmarish latter part of his stint in New York. His career-renassaince, simply a tease.
Now in 2016, Teix[...]Keep on reading: Is Mark Teixeira Capable of Playing a Full Season?

Dickey, Russell Martin, Travis d'Arnaud, Tyler Clippard, Welington Castillo, Willson Contreras, Yadier Molina, Yasmany Tomas and more! Now that we've taken a look at the rest of the infield (first base, second base, shortstop, and third base), it's time evaluate a thin pool of catchers. In many ways, it's the least important fantasy position - even in dynasty leagues. A typical fantasy league might roster 15 catchers. My dynasty league rosters around 35 catchers. It's a 20-team, 45 player league (900 players rostered). Catchers make up about four percent of all players owned. Several of those catchers are amateurs or internat[...]Keep on reading: Catcher Prospect and Dynasty Rankings

I’d planned to implore you all this week, yet again, to add Jung-ho Kang for the stretch run. Unfortunately, Kang suffered a torn MCL on a nasty collision in the field on Thursday. He’ll need at least six months to rehab the injury and could miss a significant chunk of time at the start of next season. It’s a disappointing end to a great first year in the States. Here’s hoping he heals quickly.
That said, there are still plenty of players on the wire who can help your fantasy squad. L[...]Keep on reading: Five Corner Infield Waiver Wire Pickups & Adds for Week 25
