Stowers went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
The outfielder chopped a Simeon Woods Richardson slider down the right-field line in the second inning to get the Marlins on the board, but their offense went cold the rest of the way. Stowers is up to 15 homers on the season in a breakout campaign, and five of them have come over the course of a nine-game hitting streak in which he's batting .406 (13-for-32) with four doubles, eight runs and 11 RBI.

Stowers' power is back, as he's gone yard three times over the last five games to follow up a 31-game homer drought. He's gone 7-for-19 (.368) with six extra-base hits and six RBI in that five-game sample. EDGE Analysis
Stowers provided the Marlins with a good start, delivering a first-inning homer to open the scoring. The outfielder has hit safely in five of his last six games, going 6-for-20 (.300) with two homers, three doubles and four RBI in that span. Stowers went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Sunday's win over Atlanta.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old took Bryce Elder deep in the second inning to get the Marlins on the board. It was Stowers' 11th long ball of the season but his first since May 14, snapping a 31-game drought in which he's slashed a meager .228/.291/.297 with only five RBI. Stowers is showing signs of coming out of the slump even apart from the home run, however -- over his last 10 contests, he's gone 7-for-27 (.259) with three extra-base hits and a 5:6 BB:K.

EDGE Analysis
After being included in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup with southpaw Jesus Luzardo, the left-handed-hitting Stowers will head to the bench Wednesday as the Marlins face off against a second straight lefty (Ranger Suarez). Javier Sanoja will get the starting nod in left field in place of Stowers.

EDGE Analysis

Stowers went 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored in Friday's win over the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
The 27-year-old outfielder has been dealing with a sore hand since last week, but Stowers looked a little more comfortable at the plate Friday after going 1-for-11 with six strikeouts over his prior four contests. If he can stay healthy, Stowers appears headed for a breakout campaign in 2025, and through 248 plate appearances he's slashing .276/.344/.466 with 10 homers and 33 RBI.

The left-handed-hitting Stowers played the last two games after missing some time with a hand injury, but he'll grab a seat Wednesday as the Pirates send southpaw Bailey Falter to the bump. Javier Sanoja will cover left field and bat ninth for the Marlins.
