Lewis went 1-for-3 with an RBI single in a win over the Rangers on Tuesday, extending his second-half on-base streak to five games.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis is still on the hunt for his first extra-base hit since returning from an extended injured-list stint due to a concussion, but he's at least managed to be a constant presence on the basepaths since returning to action. The 27-year-old outfielder's talent and powerful bat will undoubtedly rectify the lack of impactful hits eventually, but for the time being, Lewis is at least tiding fantasy managers over after his prolonged absence.

Lewis isn't starting Monday against Texas.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis is out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games after he went 1-for-7 with a run, three walks and a strikeout over the last three matchups. Sam Haggerty is starting in right field and batting ninth.

Lewis (concussion) went 0-for-3 with a walk in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Astros.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis wasn't able to record a hit in his first game since May 29. The 27-year-old outfielder hit .261 with five home runs, 12 RBI, eight runs scored and a 6:6 BB:K in 10 contests during his rehab assignment, so he shouldn't need much time to find his timing at the plate. Friday was Lewis' fifth major-league contest this season, but he's already hit two homers in 20 plate appearances and should see regular playing time in right field if he can stay healthy.

Lewis (concussion) was activated from the 7-day injured list Friday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Lewis is back on the Mariners' active roster for the first time since late May. In limited action this season, the outfielder has gone 4-for-15 with two homers, three RBI and three runs over four contests. Justin Upton elected free agency after he was optioned from the big-league roster Friday, clearing a spot for Lewis on the active roster.

Mariners general manager Jerry Dipoto confirmed that Lewis (concussion) is on track to return from the 7-day injured list for Friday's series opener with the Astros, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Unless Lewis suffers a setback in his recovery from the concussion in the next 24 hours, he looks like he'll be ready to play for the big club for the first time since late May. Before the All-Star break, Lewis wrapped up a 10-game rehab assignment between Triple-A Tacoma and High-A Everett, during which he slashed .261/.400/.913 with five home runs and six walks against six strikeouts. Upon returning from the IL, Lewis could take on a near-everyday role in right field, where utility men Sam Haggerty and Dylan Moore have been picking up most of the reps of late.

Lewis (concussion) appeared in his 10th rehab game Sunday at Triple-A Tacoma and went 0-for-3 with a walk, a run and an RBI.
EDGE Analysis
Between stops at Tacoma and High-A Everett for his rehab assignment that began July 3, Lewis has gone 6-for-23 with five home runs and 6:6 BB:K. Lewis served as Tacoma's designated hitter in his most recent two starts, but he manned left field for five innings Friday and could end up seeing most of his time at the corner-outfield spot opposite Jesse Winker if he returns from the 7-day injured list coming out of the All-Star break. The Mariners have primarily leaned on the duo of Sam Haggerty and Dylan Moore in right field since Taylor Trammell (hamstring) joined Lewis on the IL.

Lewis (concussion) played five innings in left field during Triple-A Tacoma's win over Oklahoma City on Friday, going 1-for-3 with three-run home run.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis' stint on defense was his second during his rehab assignment and went an inning longer than his initial one Tuesday. The slugging outfielder also left the yard for the fifth time in the last six games, signaling that his timing at the plate is of no concern at this point in the process.

Lewis (concussion) started in left field for the first time in his rehab assignment during Triple-A Tacoma's loss to Oklahoma City on Tuesday and also hit a home run for the fourth straight game in one of his two plate appearances.
EDGE Analysis
Lewis exited the game in the top of the fifth inning for a defensive replacement, but not before leaving the yard yet again via a fourth-inning solo shot to center field. The 27-year-old certainly appears to have his timing back at the plate after going 5-for-9 with four round trippers and seven RBI in his last four games, but the Mariners would likely want to see him play at least one full game in the field before activation is considered.
