Kyle Bishop's 10 Bold Predictions for 2019: Midseason Review rotoballer.com Thu 7/11/19 7:30 AM
This week is as good a time as any to pause and reflect on the 2019 baseball season thus far.Fortunately, it's been a much less challenging year than last for yours truly. Other than a hapless squad in The Great Fantasy Baseball Invitational (15-team industry leagues are tough, and weekly lineups and waivers are just not something I will ever like), my teams are all contenders. The same can be said of my bold predictions for 2019. A lot can happen between now and the end of the season, but the ma[...]

Justin Turner Returns on Thursday rotoballer.com Thu 7/4/19 5:55 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (elbow) is back in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the San Diego Padres. This is Turner's first start since Saturday after missing most of the week due to elbow soreness. He'll bat third and play third base versus righty Dinelson Lamet. Turner was hitting well before the issue, so expect that trend to continue.
Justin Turner Won't Play Wednesday rotoballer.com Wed 7/3/19 6:53 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (elbow) is out of the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Turner played catch before the game, so there was some hope that he'd play in this one. However, it appears that he's not quite ready to jump back into the lineup. Max Muncy will cover third base and bat fifth versus righty Merrill Kelly.
Justin Turner Sits on Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 7/2/19 6:48 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Turner is getting a routine day off to rest here, so he should be back in the lineup next game. Edwin Rios will cover third base and bat seventh versus righty Taylor Clarke. Rios has registered three hits in his first nine at-bats in the MLB, but is still too risky to trust in DFS contests.
Justin Turner Sits on Sunday rotoballer.com Sun 6/30/19 12:49 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies. This will be a routine day off for the veteran infielder. Edwin Rios will draw the start at third base and bat sixth versus righty Chi Chi Gonzalez. Rios doesn't have enough of a track record to warrant using him in DFS contests. He's too risky of an option to trust right now.
Justin Turner Back In Lineup Wednesday rotoballer.com Wed 6/5/19 2:08 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup on Wednesday and is hitting third against Diamondbacks starting pitcher Jon Duplantier. Turner missed some games over the weekend and Tuesday as well, but he's back in there in the heart of the order against a rookie. The veteran third baseman hasn't shown a ton of power in 2019 (only six homers), but he's hitting a cool .309/.395/.445 in 191 at-bats and should be back in all fantasy lineups on [...]
Justin Turner Absent From Lineup Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 6/4/19 7:50 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner is not in the lineup Tuesday night at Arizona. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said it is a planned day off for the veteran third baseman after Turner returned to the lineup Monday. Turner had missed the teams previous four games with a hamstring injury so Los Angeles is likely just easing him back into the lineup. Max Muncy will move over to third base tonight and bat second.
Justin Turner To Return On Monday Versus Diamondbacks rotoballer.com Sun 6/2/19 4:12 PM
Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner is likely to return on Monday versus the Arizona Diamondbacks against lefty Robbie Ray. Justin Turner has had a productive season up to date hitting with a .306/.392/.446 slash with 28 runs, six home runs, and 25 RBI in 51 games. Turner should be owned in all fantasy formats.
