Reddick went 2-for-2 with a run scored while batting ninth in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Mariners.
EDGE Analysis
It was somewhat surprising to see Reddick in the lineup against a left-hander, but not surprising to see him hit this low in the order. He entered Tuesday's game with a .227 average and .273 slugging percentage. The move paid off for manager A.J. Hinch, who has no shortage of struggling hitters that could use the low-pressure environment at the bottom of the order.

Reddick was not in Saturday's starting lineup against Kansas City left-hander Danny Duffy.
EDGE Analysis
It marked the second time in three games that Reddick has not started against a southpaw. His success against left-handers suggests there will be more of these days to come. Reddick has a career .217 batting average and .637 OPS against lefties with his performance in 2016 a downright comical .155/.366. Both he and Nori Aoki were relegated to the bench Saturday while Marwin Gonzalez (left field) and Jake Marisnick (center field) got the start.

Reddick is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mariners, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
After starting the first three games of the season, Reddick will give way to Norichika Aoki in left field. Reddick will likely return to the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Royals.

Reddick went 3-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Thursday's exhibition game against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
What started as an unproductive spring training has turned around of late for Reddick who has hit safely in five straight games. He slotted into the eight-hole of the batting order in a lineup that looked suspiciously like one manager A.J. Hinch might trot against left-handers during the regular season. Reddick played both right field and left field during the game, but the former gold-glover is slated to play primarily in right this season.

Reddick, who will be Houston's primary starter in right field this season, will play in left field for between five and 10 games over the rest of spring training, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Astros manager A.J. Hinch is planning ahead for specific outfield configurations that may arise during the season. Reddick admitted to not being entirely comfortable in left field, but he made all the plays expected of him on a windy day in West Palm Beach (Fla.). He's played exclusively in right field since he joined the Athletics and won a gold glove there in 2012.

Reddick will make his spring debut Monday, starting in right field against the Mets at Port St. Lucie (Fla.), Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Reddick, who signed a four-year deal with Houston during the offserason, is a gold-glove caliber defender in right field. As such, George Springer, who played 148 games in right last season, will move to center field.

Reddick agreed to a four-year contract with the Astros on Thursday pending a physical, Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Although he didn't have as much success after being dealt to the Dodgers over the summer, Reddick still is an excellent pickup for Houston. He provides a much needed left-handed bat to the lineup while offering solid defense in the outfield. As things stand now, it appears that he'll fit in as the starting left fielder, rounding out the outfield with Jake Marisnick and George Springer filling center and right field respectively.

Reddick is not in the lineup Thursday for Game 5 of the Dodgers' NLCS game against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Reddick holds just a .155 batting average against lefties this season, so he'll head to the bench with the Cubs deploying left-hander Jon Lester as their Game 5 starter. Yasiel Puig will assume his spot in right field for the evening.

Reddick is not in the lineup Monday for Game 3 of the Dodgers' NLDS matchup with the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Reddick went 2-for-5 with an RBI in Game 2 Sunday, but he will be held out Monday with manager Dave Roberts opting to go with the right-handed hitting Yasiel Puig in right field against Nationals southpaw Gio Gonzalez.

Reddick is out of the lineup Sunday against the Giants, Doug Padilla of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With the Dodgers facing a left-handed starter for the fourth day in a row, Reddick will cede duties in right field to Yasiel Puig. The two are expected to work in a platoon during the playoffs, with Reddick occupying the larger portion of at-bats as the left-handed option.
