Josh Lowe On The Bench Again Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 6/27/23 9:05 PM
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is on the bench for Tuesday's game against right-hander Zac Gallen and the Arizona Diamondbacks. It's his second day off in a row after he sat out Sunday with a lefty on the hill. Lowe is hitting just .234 in June with a .562 OPS, so this might be a chance for him to reset. Instead, the Rays will run out Manuel Margot in the outfield, and he'll bat seventh. The 28-year-old is batting .266 over 62 games with three bombs, 29 runs, 26 RBI, and seven stolen ...
Josh Lowe Sitting On Saturday Against Dodgers rotoballer.com Sat 5/27/23 1:59 PM
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is not in the starting lineup on Saturday against the Los Angeles Dodgers. As has been the case all season, Lowe is on the bench against a left-handed pitcher. Clayton Kershaw is getting the start in this one but Lowe could come off the bench later in the contest as a pinch-hitter. The 25-year-old has put together a fantastic season so far for the Rays, slashing .306/.358/.612 with 11 home runs, 36 RBI, and 10 steals over 147 at-bats.
Josh Lowe Continues To Lead Off rotoballer.com Sat 5/20/23 9:38 AM
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is breaking out at the dish this season, slashing .305/.364/.625 with 10 bombs, 26 runs, 30 RBI, and eight steals over 37 games. Manager Kevin Cash has rewarded his play, moving him up to the leadoff spot the past three games, including Friday's 1-0 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. That might not last, as Yandy Diaz (groin) remains day-to-day and doesn't seem to need a stint on the injured list, so when the 31-year-old returns, he'll likely reclaim his role ...

Josh Lowe Sitting Again On Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 5/2/23 3:28 PM
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. It's a bad sign that Lowe has been on the bench for the Rays in three of their last six games, all against right-handed opponents. There just isn't enough playing time to go around for the 25-year-old left-handed hitter now that Jose Siri has returned from a stay on the injured list. Hopefully the Rays will be able to get Lowe back in the lineup soon for those that have him rostered in ...
Josh Lowe To Sit Out On Friday rotoballer.com Fri 4/28/23 6:46 PM
Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Chicago White Sox. It's the second time in the last three games that Lowe has sat out versus right-handed pitching. It appears the return of outfielder Jose Siri has begun to cut into Lowe's playing time. Lowe is slashing .348/.384/.623 with four homers, 17 RBI and four stolen bases in 19 games this season. The expectation is that he'll return to the lineup after his rest day here.
