Josh Bell Crushes 16th Home Run in Blowout Win rotoballer.com Thu 5/23/19 8:47 PM

Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Josh Bell went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two RBI and three runs scored in Pittsburgh's 14-6 trouncing of the Rockies on Thursday. The home run was Bell's 16th of the season and is already four homers ahead of last year's total. His rebound season has been astounding thus far, as his 47 RBI now lead the league. It remains to be seen if Bell can continue this pace, but he isn't showing signs of slowing down at the moment.

Josh Bell Strikes Out Twice Against Padres rotoballer.com Fri 5/17/19 5:08 AM

Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Josh Bell went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in the loss to San Diego on Thursday evening. It was an uncharacteristic showing for the 26-year-old who had a 15-game hitting streak coming into the night to go along with 21 RBI during that same span. He will look to get back on track on Friday at Petco with left-handed pitcher Joey Lucchesi on the bump in the second of a four-game set with the Padres.

Fantasy Baseball Op Ed - Game of Thrones Edition rotoballer.com Sun 5/12/19 8:30 AM

Now that I've already spoiled Avengers: Endgame on Youtube(hey, the Russo brothers said it was OK), it's time to pivot to the other most topical item in 2019 pop culture: Game of Thrones.I admit I'm not an avid viewer of the show, so don't take this as a love letter to the series. OK, I haven't really "watched" the show per se, but it looks cool. It's not that I don't want to watch it, I just don't have that kind of time to invest. Put it this way - I'm still halfway through Season 2 of Breaking[...]
