Jonathan Sanchez was removed after allowing three runs and walking six in 4 2/3 innings Friday against the Indians. Sanchez still has a solid enough 3.81 ERA, but he's been very wild lately and he's not giving the Giants many innings as a result. In his five starts this month, he's made it through six innings just once. If he struggles again next time out, the Giants might decide to have Barry Zito replace him in the rotation. That still seems like a long shot, though.
