Tampa Bay Rays infielder/outfielder Joey Wendle and catcher Michael Perez are both out of the starting lineup on Thursday. Both players will receive a rest day against the Baltimore Orioles. Brandon Lowe will play second base and bat eighth, while Jesus Sucre bats ninth and does the catching against righty David Hess. Neither player has enough upside worth using in DFS contests.
