Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Matt Duffy (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the New York Yankees. Duffy is hitless over his last three games, so he'll get the day off to rest. Joey Wendle will bat second and play third base versus righty Luis Severino. Out of the all the hitters on the Rays, Wendle is the best option for fantasy contests on Tuesday.

I like to consider myself a pioneer of the streaming approach. I won a league about seven years ago by completely ignoring saves and just stacking up the starts each week. While streaming is undoubtedly more directly associated with pitching, there's plenty of value in streaming for offense as well.
