Boston Red Sox relief pitcher Joe Kelly was removed from the team's game on Sunday with an undisclosed injury. There's not much info currently on what the injury seems to be, however, Kelly was removed during the eighth inning after recording two outs. Kelly has quietly been one of the best set-up guys this year, as batters are hitting only .128 against him. This was his eighth straight hitless appearance, dropping his ERA to 1.73 and WHIP to 0.77. He should be owned in all holds leagues.

Kelly was serving a suspension for fighting the Yankees. Kelly has been great out of the 'pen this year. He has struck out 10 batters in 11 innings and has yet to allow a run in his last 10 outings.

Boston Red Sox relief pitcher Joe Kelly will begin serving his six-game suspension on Thursday. Kelly did appeal the suspension, but it was denied and he'll be eligible to return May 2nd. Kelly was suspended back on April 12 for intentionally hitting Tyler Austin with a pitch during a game against the Yankees. He can be dropped in all leagues until his suspension is over. He's not really worth owning when active, unless in the deepest of leagues.

He beaned Tyler Austin for a hard slide into Brock Holt in the third inning. Kelly hasn't had a productive start to the season. He has an ERA of 7.71 with four walks and four strikeouts. Kelly will appeal the six game suspension.
