Adell has been scratched from Monday's game against the Twins due to vertigo, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.
EDGE Analysis
Adell was initially penciled in to man right field in Monday's series opener, but he's been unable to put this issue behind him after also experiencing the illness Sunday, resulting in his removal from the matchup. He'll continue to be considered day-to-day moving forward. Matthew Lugo will draw the start in right field and bat seventh in Adell's absence.

Adell went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
For the second straight night, the 26-year-old outfielder carried the Angels' offense, driving in all four of the team's runs. Adell erased a two-run deficit in the sixth inning with a three-run homer to center, his 33rd of the season, before plating the decisive run with an infield single in the eighth. With 33 homers and 90 RBI, Adell has already set career highs after previously maxing out at 20 homers and 62 RBI in 2024. The breakout campaign has been fueled by a recent surge, as Adell has gone deep eight times in his last 16 games and is batting 22 for 60 (.367) during that stretch.

Adell went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to Texas.
EDGE Analysis
Adell blasted his ninth homer of the month and his 30th of the campaign. After bouncing around in the minor leagues and majors over the past several years, the 26-year-old slugger has bloomed into a dangerous power bat for the Angels and fantasy managers in 2025. Since the start of May, Adell is slashing .245/.312/.528 with 40 extra-base hits, 67 RBI and three stolen bases over his last 378 plate appearances.

Adell went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 12-1 loss to the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Adell had the Angels' only multi-hit effort in this contest. The outfielder's career year has him on the cusp of a 30-homer campaign -- he's at 29 long balls now, including eight over 20 games in August. He's added a middling .236/.299/.486 slash line with 79 RBI, 50 runs scored and three stolen bases through 122 contests overall, which has still been enough production to maintain a starting role in the Angels' outfield.

He's up to 28 homers, 78 RBI, 49 runs scored and three stolen bases over 119 contests. Adell is still batting just .233, but his .777 OPS is easily the best mark of his career.

Adell went 3-for-5 with a homer, a double, four RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's 11-5 extra-inning victory over the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
The Angels outfielder opened the contest's scoring with a 395-foot, three-run blast off Athletics starter Jeffrey Springs in the first. Adell also plated the first run of the 10th with a single to break a 5-5 tie. Despite a ghastly .192 (11-for-57) batting average and 17:1 K:BB in August, the 26-year-old has still been valuable because he's notched six homers and 15 RBI across 15 games. Through 438 total plate appearances, Adell is slashing .228/.291/.466 with 26 long balls, 76 RBI and 47 runs scored.
